How is the billed duration calculated?
The billed duration corresponds to the actual duration of your audio file, rounded up to the next minute. For example, a file of 10 minutes and 15 seconds will be billed for 11 minutes.

Do the credits in the 10-hour package expire?
No, prepaid credits (10-hour pack or any other top-up) never expire. You can use them whenever you want.
What is the difference between a prepaid pack and a subscription?
A prepaid pack (e.g. 10-hour pack) is a one-off purchase: you pay once and use your hours with no time limit. A subscription (Starter, Essential, Pro) gives you a monthly hour quota at a lower per-hour rate. Subscription hours unused within a month are not rolled over, unlike prepaid packs.
How are my credits consumed if I have both a subscription and a pack?
Your subscription hours are consumed first. Once the monthly quota is depleted, the application automatically switches to your prepaid credit. You don't have to do anything — billing remains fully transparent in your customer area.
What happens if I exceed my monthly subscription quota?
There is no automatic upgrade. Once your monthly quota is depleted, you must manually purchase a prepaid pack (no expiration) to continue transcribing. You can also simply wait for the next month to get your subscription quota back.
How does the annual commitment work?
The annual commitment applies to any of our subscriptions (Starter, Essential, Pro) and saves you 20 % on the monthly rate. Billing can be annual or monthly depending on your preference; however, the subscription is committed for 12 months.
